Local. The office is at 2 Mandinam Park, Sketty, Swansea SA2 7AW, so you can come in, and phone or video is there for the days you'd rather not. Most clients are in Swansea or elsewhere in South Wales.
Yes. Xero is the usual setup, so invoices, bank feeds and reports stay organised. If you're already on something else, RNE will work with it where it can, or help you move.
Packages are tailored, and what's in or out is agreed before you start. Most clients use a mix of bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, Making Tax Digital, accounts preparation and business planning. Routine support doesn't pick up surprise extras.
Start with a short chat about the business, by form or phone. You then get a package with the fee agreed before any work starts, and RNE does the work and keeps you updated. You don't need a perfect set of records before the first chat.
Yes. Tell Rhys you're switching, and he'll say what he needs from you and from your current accountant. You don't have to manage the handover on your own.
